保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產(chǎn)品介紹 ABTB1 is a 478 amino acid protein localized to the cytoplasm. ABTB1 contains two ANK repeats and two BTB (POZ) domains. The BTB (POZ) domain is thought to be involved in protein-protein interactions, and may indicate a role of ABTB1 in developmental processes. It has also been suggested that ABTB1 may be a mediator of the PTEN growth-suppressive signaling pathway. ABTB1 is ubiquitously expressed in all fetal tissues, with lower levels of expression found in adult heart. ABTB1 exists as four isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
Function : May act as a mediator of the PTEN growth-suppressive signaling pathway. May play a role in developmental processes.
Subcellular Location : Cytoplasm.
Tissue Specificity : Ubiquitously expressed in all fetal tissues examined including heart, brain, liver, and kidney. Also expressed at lower levels in both adult heart and hypertrophic heart.
Similarity : Contains 2 ANK repeats.
Contains 2 BTB (POZ) domains.
